Where the Heart Is

Marino faces tendrils that look like film reels. They wrap around her head tight enough to crack her mask. We see one of her eyes through the mask's holes, and it looks terrified.

The tendrils belong to a large creature. Its head is relatively star-shaped, and its face is half-shuttered. Wisps of smoke draft up from behind it before swirling around the page.

THE COURIER: SO... DO YOU HAVE IT?

The creature brings Marino up to eye level.

THE COURIER: MITVALSHA'S HARMONICA?

I'VE BEEN WAITING MONTHSSSSS TO POST THIS PAGE (AND THIS SEQUENCE IN GENERAL) AHAHAAHAAAA

@ the lovely commenter who joked a few pages ago that the harmonica summons a creature: congratulations you were sort of right :))
